My friend TWO-TOO-MUCH posted the blog that I got my eating plan from. I encourage you to read all her blogs. I know I have. LOL THANK you Nancy for sharing your plan with me!

I had been praying and asking God to help me give up my trigger foods… and give up my desire to want to “graze” all day… it wasn’t boredom eating or emotional eating.. it was a constant nervous type feeling of wanting more more more.. LOL
I DID recognize that when I ate certain processed foods… I wanted more food…. Like it triggered something in me to WANT to eat! I don’t know if any of you can relate to this… but it was something I had become very aware of.. and so I prayed for answer or help!
I was on community blogs one day (July 18th) just seeing what new blogs had just been done by Sparkers (I don’t do this much… coz I end up spending too much time there LOL)
My eyes fell on TWO-TOO-MUCH’s blog End of Week 3 Weigh-In - 10 lbs Gone...22 lbs Lost Together
This caught my eye so I went and read it…. I quickly read ALL her blogs she wrote and let her know I wanted to see her eating plan… she had said in a blog she would share it soon. She did so not long after and the rest is history. LOL
Of course I added her as a friend… THANK YOU GOD for leading me there! Thank you for Nancy!
I followed the plan to a T and if I had a question I asked TWO-TOO-MUCH and she answered! Poor girl… I had lots of questions (that is just me… details, details!)
I have not ordered the book, I intend to… and have a link saved to do so.
I have read the author’s every word on her website and she has such a great story of her weight loss…and I could relate to her so much! She used to weigh 328.
She had this quiz on her site and I took it:

Debbie (the author) also has pictures on their of her surgery to remove excess skin from her stomach and arms.
Her whole site is easy to read. She has gone on to write several more books related to her journey. I would love to read them all!
