New goals - finally

The 12 week Biggest Loser Challenge ended at work this work. The winner was elated and even though there was no' prize' she felt as though she had won the grand prize. It was wonderful. Everyone in the class had lost weight or toned or simply felt better for the changes they had made in their lives. Our class trainer encourages everyone to set private or shared goals so that you are always working towards something. Finally almost two months after achieving my original goal, I have set a new one. I am due to travel for one month next week and have set a goal of losing 5 lbs during that time as I will be busy studying and taking exams. After that I have a goal of 20lbs before xmas. I know if its realistic for me it can be done. Slow and steady really works for me so here goes.....
