Are you yelling at me about the sodium/water thing? It was a spontaneous dinner at the wish of my husband. Lol!
Glad to see the old Teresa back! I love your excitement. You almost have me wanting to do the shred.. but I'm gonna stick to one thing at a time!

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon W2G on day 2 of the Shred!!! I love the energy you have in your VLOG's now, you can really tell a difference that exercise is making for you and it makes me excited!!!!

As for me and the whole calorie thing it was because I was sick and coudln't swallow LOL! That is not something I normally do. Don't worry I am going to continue with the Shred if it wasn't for my leg, I don't think I would of had a problem. My knee and the cancer together made it feel like my leg was on fire all the way from my toes to my hip.

Remember when Day 3 comes, emoticon !

I love the partners thing because I don't really have anyone in my life aside from my daughter so it gives me someone to think about when I'm doing this. Also, I love the team in itself because it's small and I can keep up. Excellent job on the shred. I'll be doing it in the morning whether Taylor cries for me to lay down with her or not. It's a bad habit!! (She's sleeping in my bed right now and it needs to stop!!!) So true about the sodium...
