So here I am on day #4 . Dave started training me and working with me on my eating on Monday and it has been going great!. I have been putting in at least 30 minutes of circuit training w/ weights per day. Also snuck in a walk with Zoey in the Baby Bjorn, and some heavy duty cleaning. My energy levels are already about 100 times what they were last week. I feel so much better already that last week seems like a century ago LOL.
For my eating right now I have been focusing on protein and veggies. Only carbs I get are with breakfast or after working out. I have been drinking tons of H2O, but am still addicted to coffee. Especially right now because it's the season for Dunkins Pumpkin Spice coffee -so yummy with cream. UGH! I am also taking a fat burner to give myself a boost. YES! I am taking a fat burner. Remember I have a wedding in October so fitting into my little black dress is my short term goal.
Longer term goal: Training for bikini or fitness competition. Getting pumped for this- last night Dave and I were talking about it. He is starting to train for a bodybuilding competition so we thought this would be a great way to spend some time bonding together and have it be "our" thing. Plus it's right in line with my goal of losing the baby weight and feeling more in shape again.
Now that I have some concrete goals short and long term I find that the motivation is FINALLY there. I remember reading that in
!! I have been catching up on spark mail and other spark stuff that I missed out on while on vacation and faithfully tracking my diet, H2O and exercise. We took before pics on Monday so I will be posting those this week for comparison later. I feel pretty proud of myself today
