Pedometer and Accountability

I bought a pedometer in April, and have worn it (almost) every day. I have an Excel sheet that I track my steps and miles. I have found that it makes me more accountable to myself and my exercise routine because I always want the number to be above 10,000 by the end of the day. If I look at it at night and it is less than that, it helps force me to get out and walk or run even when I am tired from the day.

Maybe you will find it helpful to you and your fitness also. It can be tough some days, but persistence is key.

    That's great. Today I'm down 2 lbs. and the blessing of that number is because I just came back from a cruise. Keep on moving!
