I love yoga. No matter your age or shape, you can do yoga, as long as you focus on yourself and not compare yourself to others. I do gentle hatha and am finding, after three months, that I'm noticing more strength and flexibility, although I'm still not very flexible!
I gave up coffee, too, at the end of May. I might have an occasional cup, but I'm out of the morning coffee routine and feel so much better without those coffee headaches! I drink different kinds of hot tea in the morning and enjoy that. 3322 days ago
