30 Day Shred - Wrap Up

I didn't complete the Shred for 30 days straight but gave it a good go.
I checked all my measurements and overall 1/4 inch on arms, calves and bust was lost. My waist and hips are the same. Oh, and weight is the same. Even with this small amount I notice my clothes are fitting better. Remember, I lost a lot of inches at the beginning of year but had lost some toning so my smaller sized clothes were feeling a little snug. Not anymore.
This is a little disappointing since seeing measurement changes is a great visual, but I know this is not the full story.
My stamina has increased Tremendously!!!!!
I can do jumping jacks now! That is huge for me. I can do push-ups. Still hard but huge. Now that I've restarted my walking routine I find I can run for longer stretches and that I even want to run is another plus.
Jillian, I haven't given up on you, just setting you aside until the weekend. As stated before I'm going to keep working on this video. What's on Level 3? Dare I peek? Nah! who doesn't love a mystery. Someone said its easier than Level 2. Will see.
Lesson learned: this video definitely should be done while following a diet to maximize results.
