WOOHOO Girl you are rocking it. Im so proud of you! I SEE it in your eyes, you WILL be a runner. I have never seen anybody want it so bad. And it WILL happen. One day at a time and step at a time. week 3 WOOT!

Keep it up Jennifer, even though we are heavier, WE CAN DO what we want and when we want. And the best thing for YOU is your age. You have it all ahead of you. So don;t wait as long as I did to take control. Just make sure you get your water in (yeah I know, Im a nag) lol

OH is this what you meant on my vlog, about me talking about sodium? LOL I literally JUST watched this, so NO it was NOT you..Actually it was ME and experience talking ...

3 cups of water??? WHAT???? do I need to come there and forse feed you water? lol..MORE WATER, MORE WATER, MORE WATER lol get my hint? lol

You CAN do 24 more lbs. I did 30 from Sept to Aug, so it IS possible.. YOU CAN DO IT! And I agree, our challenge is going WONDERFUL.. Now just to keep everybody motivated again lol..

Love you doll..WE CAN DO THIS!!!! Good luck this week!

    Love & hugs

Make sure you drink your water! I put those flavor packs in mine (Crystal light or the store brand) and that helps me. I particularly like the grape flavor, so can down 16 ounces in about 4 hours. And take your water with you when you run, so you can rehydrate!

If the running gets to be a bit much, don't worry about keeping up with your challenge. It's better to stay on one day's running for a couple of days before moving to the next, rather than take time off. I used to run when I was young. With my arthritis in my feet, don't know if that's in the works for me, but I'm walking!

Great job on the running. I did the C25K last spring and that's how I got started running. It's so worth it, and now I can run 6 miles every day if I choose to. I usually try to run every other day and strength train in between. It's pretty addicting.

emoticon Girl you are rockin' this! I am so proud of you. You are making me want to try the C25K again. I know what you are saying about running, you never know how long a minute is until you try to run it. Especially if you're over weight. I decided that I was going to try again after I lose 150 lbs. How are your shoes working out? Would you recommend them?

Sodium is one of my biggest problems also... If you eat processed foods, it is almost impossible to stay at 2000 or less. I believe that you will be surprised by weigh in tomorrow.

Good Luck at weigh in! GO RED TEAM!
