Other issues deter me from working out today. =(

    Thanks for the support and the tip on stretching. I meditated on everything that's going on and realized that nothing is permanent, so it's not worth wasting a whole day on it. Tomorrow will be better! =)

    Im so sorry to hear about all of your pain.
    I have severe back issues and mine are in my lower back so I can feel what hurts you.
    Something I do to ease the pain a bit is stretching, Stretching your hamstrings will help a little. Try crossing your leg(ankle to knee) and then bending slightly forward. Oddly enough if you do that for 10 sec on each side a few times, it will feel a little better.

    I know that, whether its family or social or just anything thats stressful, having your day ruined only makes the issue that much worse. I know its really hard to stay motivated during things like this but, letting it Ruin your day only makes what's wrong worse. Take control, Take a deep breath, and try to keep moving.
