My, the tracker is a useful tool, but accountability doesn't seem to stop me from binging. Through a lot of work today, I've committed, one day at a time, to eliminating gluten from my diet. I haven't yet figured out how I'll be able to deal with Shabbat. Maybe I can have just a little whole wheat challah? We'll see.
Anyways, I have hopes that with focusing on getting enough sleep and staying away from binge foods that I will begin to once again see some results.
I haven't had energy for exercise and have been grumpy without following this regimine. All the rest is details.
I'm still signed up for a road race in October, so I need to get back into the running. Looking forward to getting back on track.
