I'm so excited. I'm taking the mind-body wellness practitioner program at SWIHA with an emphasis on nutrition. Classes just started yesterday and my first three classes are toe reading, intro into hypnotherpay, and nutrition foundation. My first assignment in the nutrition class is to do a food journal for a week. I don't think I've ever made it a full week so I'm excited I have to do it for a grade. More insentive to keep it up. We also have to take a picture of what's in our cupboards now and then we'll take another one at the end of class and see if there is any difference. I'm be blogging on blogger my experience with the class (that's a class requirement) so I'll post the link on here to there. I'm glad that I have a good foundation from spark people with all of this. I think it'll make this class a lot easier!

I feel lots of changes coming with the wind.
