30 Day Shred - Days 26 thru 30

I've been sick for a week and no exercise activity during that time. I guess my body needed to repair itself. Even with no activity I managed to hold the line with my weight. Today is my first day back feeling 100%. I took a walk at lunch, then in the evening I did some additional walking. I did some running too. I contemplated doing the 30-
day Shred video when I came home but knew time is short tonight so I'll resume the Shred video on Tuesday.
Day 25 (9/7) - no activity; sick
Day 26 (9/8) - no activity; sick
Day 27 (9/9) - no activity; really sick, no work also
Day 28 (9/10) - no activity; feeling a little better
Day 29 (9/11) - no activity; in pain and living off Advil
Day 30 (9/12) - no activity; missed the group bike ride, still sick but feeling better in afternoon, relaxed all day
I'm going to continue exercising with the 30-Day Shred video, probably not everyday but definitely a few times each week. Tomorrow I'll summarize my feelings about the last 30 days and share my results.
