if you love ice cream but not the calories and fat .....

then i recommend you get yourself some arctic zero! it is pretend ice cream with approx 150 calories per pint and no fat. you can visit the website to see where it is available in your area or order form! yum i had the mint chocolate cookie one the other day and it was delicious.
so ya , try it. on another note i have not been feeling my 100% self and have had a little cough..therefore i have not been smoking which is great but i do not feel as energetic especially when it comes to my workouts so i cancelled with my trainer today in favor of sleeping in. i woke up at my leisure and did go and do my cardio. i need to take care of myself so my body can heal as i have a long week ahead of me. i have been loading up on vitamin c and had my husband make me chicken soup the other day and it was so good i couldnt get enough of it!
i am relaxing more and more on this weight loss journey and had a weekend of sloth! i planned my breakfasts and lunches and they were healthy but ate as i pleased at night saturday and sunday ....which does not mean i binged but there was a brownie batter blizzard involved and i've gotta say the blizzards are not as good now that i tell myself it's okay to have them! wierd huh? but i do not think i will be having one for awhile! it was kind of a waste of approx 800 calories of fun eating in my opinion! anyway have a great week everyone!

Ice cream is one of my weaknesses too. If I do get it at the store, I usually get skinny cow or Edy's Light. I'm a big fan of putting low fat ice cream into protein shakes. That way, I feel like it's not a complete waste and it's a lot more filling. I use Designer Whey French Vanilla protein powder (YUM!). That Arctic Zero sounds interesting though, for sure!
