Just an update

I haven't blogged in it seems like so long. I have so much to blog I don't know what to say. lol
I was extremely busy last week. I'm glad this week has settled down a bit. (just a bit)

My mother took my oldest daughter to Jenny Craig. Very expensive, but it's awesome. The food is pretty good. and it is teaching her so much about eating. She really needed that. She is doing a great job and I'm so proud of her. I'm doing everything I can to encourage her.

My last blog was very negative. I was really bummed that day when the scale "was not my friend" I have continued my plan (not resetting my goals or setting new ones) And have done well. I say that because I have learned a lot in the last 2 wks about me. And noticed changes like my clothes fitting loser, and running on the treadmill longer. So, I'm hopeful that I'm finally getting the hang of it.

I'm looking for a great week. Hope you all have a great week too!
Keep on Sparking! emoticon

Thanks for the blog, though there is noting to say at times, its just nice to know how you are. My niece did Jenny Craig, it was expensive. More than anything, it got her into the habit of eating small, healthy meals that she took with her when she stopped the meal plan. She looks great now & eating regular food. Glad to hear you are going by your clothes instead of the scale.

How could YOU possibly be negative, I find that hard to believe since you are always such an encouragement to me and others . i see your remarks and good cheer as I browse through the Spark pages you really lift me up with your comments. Just remember it IS a battle that we are winning. Think where we would be with out Spark and all our good Spark Buddies (well we would all Never fit into a phone booth that is for sure!) May this be the best week yet for you . emoticon emoticon

Glad you are feeling better!!! We gotta quit giving the scale so much power. It is a area I struggle with too at times but it is just part of the equation!!!! Good luck to daughter. My oldest has lost 20 pounds and is now a little stuck but not unmotivated. She has a ways to go but I know both of our girls will prevail. emoticon BACK!!!

It's okay to not blog,I just blog when I have time or need to to confess when I have fallen off the wagon so to speak.I like to do blogs on special holidays and pay respects to those the blog is about.I think it would be so fun to do Spark together with our oldest daughter, she is 19 and they have a team here for mothers and daughters. That is so awesome your daughter is doing Jenny Craig, its great to learn about healthy lifestyle habits while young and she will do better in the future.
Best wishes to you and visit you again! emoticon Diana emoticon emoticon
