Narrowing Down my Goals

I've kind of thrown my goals up into the wind, hoping to sort them out later, but as my motto goes, "Do it anyway" I am at least starting.
- I have a basic caloric goal:
From my BodyBugg program: Intake - 1850 / Deficit - 500 / Burn - 2350
- I set my workout schedule:
Gym ~ Eliptical 20 min. / Circuit (arms) 10 min. (I know - that's not enough) - Mon, Tues, Wed.
Home ~ Turbo: Thurs. Fri.
Walk ~ Every day 30 min.
- I hope to accomplish at least 300 min. of exercise per week
- I'm tracking my personal challenges: Eat 5 fruits & veggies a day / Watch water intake / Take vitamins & strive for 10,000 steps per day
I hope that I can keep it all straight, but I know by using my Spark trackers it always seems to work itself out.
I've been under the weather the past few days & over-committed myself volunteer wise last week, so I am just trying to get the basics back down and work up from there.
Can't wait until the challenge begins on Wednesday!!
