Please help with a measurement question...

Monday, September 13, 2010

Every Monday I come to work and weigh myself and take my measurements. I work in scrubs and I always have on the same scrubs every week. I also weigh and measure before I eat or drink so everything is the same every week.
This morning I took my measurements at home before I came to work and only had my undergarments on at the time. My measurements went up on some and down on others. Was I really measuring incorrectly before with clothes on or is it possible my measurements went up due to some other issue??
Outside factors may include that I lost a pound and a half over the last week and my workout besides cardio includes a weight machine circuit that is mainly arms and some core. I am not overly concerned or depressed I am just wondering if I am doing something wrong or if this is normal.
Thanks Spark Buddies in advance for your help emoticon emoticon

I agree with WILMABEAL, your scrubs might get bunched up when you measure with them on, also you might me losing weight in a certain area of your body right now. I measure myself one a month. I took my first measurements on Aug 26th , so my 2nd measurements are coming up. I dont know about you, but if I have a day where my salt intake in more than normal then I feel it in different areas of my body. I hope that helps! Congrats on the 1.5 lbs loss! emoticon
