New week, new goals.

Well, I was pretty sick last week and skimped my time at the gym. I'm not happy about that but it is what it is. I needed to give myself some down time I guess. Therefore my goal this week is to use the three days I have at home to make sure I get into the gym. I leave for a wedding in Cape Cod Wednesday night and I'll be gone all weekend. I want to have a good healthy base to carry myself into that experience and really enjoy it. I want to feel like I look good in my dress at the wedding and enjoy time with family and friends!
