I have not had a steady weight loss yet. I am going from losing 2 lbs to 5 lbs and have not missed a day of working out. I am getting quite frustrated. I feel tighter and toner, but still feel like I am carrying around a ham around my waist. I am burning 700 calories a day and eating properly and not losing weight. Shouldn't it be melting off of me???
Anyway, I haven't quit and I won't quit. I just hope that my body catches up with me and starts melting some fat away. I am down in the dumps today and wondering what in the world I could be doing wrong.
