So while I was at work this morning I went through the fall guide and highlighted different exercise classes that I'm going to be doing on a weekly basis. This is what it looks like!
Monday am~Beginner Yoga
Monday pm~Zumba Express or
Monday pm~ Bootcamp
Tuesday am~Jog/WAVE (water exercise)
Tuesday am~Aqua Zumba
Tuesday pm~ Zumba or
Tuesday pm~ Beginner Yoga
Wednesday am~ I work from morning until mid afternoon
Wednesday pm~ Zumba
Thursday am~ Jog/WAVE (water exercise) or
Thursday am~ Zumba
Thursday pm~ Zumba
Friday am~ I work from mid morning until mid afternoon
Friday pm~ Zumba
Saturday am~ Mix it Up depending if I work or not
I was also thinking about trying pilates but might wait until the 2nd session. If I can fit it in I might go to a zumba studio that a friend of mine owns and check out zumba toning or body pump.
