Plan of Action & Plan B

More BLC 14 Homework! The assignment: "Now that we've figured out where we want to go...We need to now figure out what our Plan will be when we come across those hurdles...HOW do we Plan to avoid them or Overcome them when they arrise? Be prepared...KNOW your Plan of ACTION! Once you have decided how best to tackle those hurdles...have a Back-Up Plan too...It's alweighs good to have a "Plan B". "

This is tough for me but here is my first attempt at scheduling my workouts:

7 a.m. get up/eat breakfast/coffee & emails
9 a.m. Zumba class (Sun/Fri) or home DVD
QFC even hours
to-do list
4 p.m. BLC gym & Wii
5 p.m. nightly dog walk 30 & 60 min alternating
stretch after supper

Plan B for meeting days, etc.

7 a.m. get up, etc.
9 a.m. meeting
noon DVD/BLC gym
QFC even hours
to-do list
5 p.m. dog walk
stretch after supper

The two keys to this plan are getting up on time and having a weekly dinner plan so I don't have to run to the store at 5 p.m.!
