Update

While I have not blogged in a while again. I keep up with everything else, just not this portion. Things are still going well, but stable. NO CHANGES! I have maintained the same weight for the last year. No ups, no downs. I am a little fustrated and at a loss. I have not exercised as much as I wanted to lately due to injuring my foot in April which left me with plantar fasciitis and then I just had some minor girly surgery last week. That is now under control. The scale did go up post surgery, but i think fluid is still shifting in the right directions. My question is does anyone have any tips for someone who is at a weight stall???

    Change it up. There are a few articles on here about calorie cycling. However, I just kind of zig zag mine to keep my body guessing. Of course, I'm eating more to keep up energy for my workouts right now, so I'm at a stand still as well, but I'm eating too many calories. And it's really my first major multiple week plateau....
