I am feeling really good about my progress! My goal is to lose 1 pound a week (as opposed to 2 since I don't get to work out regularly), and I have succeeded in doing so the past two weeks since I started tracking my food again. I didn't think I'd lose any this week because I went on a mini vacation during which I didn't eat all that well, but I did still lose 1.4 pounds. I feel motivated and I really hope I can continue to have this motivation. I love this website!
I start my new semester of classes (2) tonight, which means more homework. My week-long break between classes was great but too short! I am dreading new classes because it takes up so much of my time and I get so very stressed with schoolwork. I refuse to let it ruin my weight-loss efforts this time, however. I will continue to track my food and move as much as I can to burn those calories! Over the next week I would like to go on at least one long walk outside and lose another pound (or more!).
