I Hit a New Low (It's a good thing!)

Just a quick blog as I want to remember the day this happened...

I stepped on the scale today and it say 129.8. Well, I never take the first reading so I stepped on the scale again. 130.8. I repeated this two more times and each time was 130.8. I am beyond ecstatic. I have been in what I thought was maintenance mode for the past month as my 1/2 marathon is coming up on Sept 19. I was focused on my training and my health rather than the number of calories I was eating. So to see the scale go down when I was trying to simply maintain is something that I never expected to happen.

    Yes Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy (I have coffee mug with that on it)! How great for you. I always get on the scale at least 3 times and the 1st is always the lowest reading. Darn! emoticon
