Life has been busy with the start of grad school and still working full-time. I had to sacrifice my usual active hobbies like bowling. So I've been walking and doing my Insanity workouts. Consistency is still an issue but I have new motivators - aching bum from sitting in school desks and numb brain. Seems exercise is the only thing that makes me feel normal. After a walk or workout, I can think clearly and feel energized.
I've been planning meals better since I don't have time to cook like before. On Sundays, I cook 3-4 healthy meals. I haven't spent as much time and money on fast food with this change.
I don't sign on as often so I don't record my nutrition or fitness as much but I'm glad I still have this resource to keep me motivated.
