What a wild and fast holiday weekend I had! We had all of our kids (that's 7), we did a major clean out of the majority of our home, still managed to go to church and get some good family time together. Part of me is glad it's over so I can get back on track with everything I've been working on, part of me, well most of me, is going to miss our kiddos while they are off at school and at their other parents' homes.

I have something yuckie in my lungs so no exercise until that's gone. It's made all the cleaning I've been doing very difficult. My eating habits have been very lax lately. I'm pretty sure that brownie ala mode is not the most healthy food I could end the day with... At least that's what I think. ;)

This morning wasn't much better with a cinnomin and sugar bagel but I can get back on track for the rest of the day. I need to get back to journaling. That was really helping a lot. It gave me the time I needed to think about what I was eating and if I really wanted to write it down. Of course my food journal is in the van, but that just means right as I sit down in there to leave for work I can record what I had for breakfast. :) I have some good stuff for lunch and dinner so I'm not too worried about all that.

It's a good day.
