For those interested in egg white omelettes in the UK

Tuesday, September 07, 2010

If you are in US I believe it is something like egg beaters you buy in a packet to make it with, in the UK they have finally bought out something similar made with free range eggs.

I used two servings to make an omelette = 46 cals. Realised I can't spell omelette. DOH.

I whisked the egg with a hand beater till frothy and fried with fry light spray in a large frying pan. Chucked on grilled cherry toms and some cooked onion and a load of herbs = 104 cals. Fab.
