So, my goal when I first came to spark people was a BUST! It went well for about a month or so, I lost about 6 lbs. I stopped working out though and then the holidays, I just got lazy and stopped eating the way I should have. So 180 by birthday isn't happening. My new goal is 220 by my birthday, that's going to be 22 lbs. in about 2 1/2 months. That's doable! I did really well when I first started at curves, I was dropping weight pretty fast, so if I just do what I was doing then, I should be a-okay!
My main problem is just keeping with it, I can't seem to stay motivated. Why? I WANT to lose weight so why is so hard to keep myself going?
It's a new year and I want to do this! I CAN do this!!!! I just have to keep telling myself this...Amber You can do this, you can!
