Hello friends and fellow supporters,
I have been pushing my body to the limits. I've been increasing my cardio burned calories, incorporating jogging spurts, strength training, and lots of discipline. I have set boundaries and I am sticking to them. I am wearing a pair of shorts I haven't been able to wear in a long time! I have firmed up a bit and can see the results! I am going to get some 3lb weights because my 1 lb weights don't work for me anymore. My hubby bought me a swiss ball! It was regularly $29.99, I got it for $10 on sale! I am so excited to mix up my regular workout plan a bit! I have lost 9 lbs in 7 weeks! Whoohoo! I can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks of mixing it up!
