BLC - Day Four & Five: Stability Returns

Didn't blog yesterday! Wasn't really feelin the whole "healthy life" yesterday. I didn't do anything "wrong," just mentally I was kinda pouting lol

But today has been fantastic. I have been cleaning parts of the house today to prepare for some guests coming over tomorrow - a lot of work! Actually, not a ton of work, but it goes to show how out of shape I am! BUT the great thing is that I had to up and down the stairs several times today, and my legs felt soo much more stable than they have in awhile! In just the few stretching/foam roller exercise sessions I've had, my legs are beginning to correct themselves.

That's definitely something I miss from when I was working out so consistently - being sure on my feet. Currently, I'd be afraid to twist an ankle or trip, but when I was working out normally, I was so balanced, had quicker reflexes - it's as much mental as it is physical! emoticon

So today was wonderful - even staying well within my calorie range and I timed my meals perfectly so I never got too hungry.
