Getting Started

Getting Started is the hardest part. I know I can do this. I'm a bit overwhelmed by everything right now. I'm a fast fueler so I'm struggling with "what's convenient or what sounds good" One of my fast break goals is packing my lunch. I do much better when I pack lunch & a snack for work. I'm struggling with exercise consistency. I read somewhere on SP to sleep in my workout wear. I'll let you know how that goes.

    Everyone reaches their goals differently and many people on SP started out hating exercise. Once you start and see results, it makes you hungry for more results so you feel motivated to exercise. It's all about changing patterns. You'll manage!

    All right! Your first step is recognizing and then committing to get on the road towards a healthy lifestyle. It is overwhelming at first, because there seems to be so much to consider. You have the right idea to start with one change that being your lunch. As far as sleeping in your workout clothes!? That is a new one to me! I just have them all ready to go before I go to sleep at night. I couldn't imagine having them on for sleeping! But; if that does work for you, then do it! Whatever habits you start forming, keep it up. You will find Sparks to be great encouragement and accountability with other people who are ready to help. Blessings on this new adventure!~ Julia : )
