Getting Started is the hardest part. I know I can do this. I'm a bit overwhelmed by everything right now. I'm a fast fueler so I'm struggling with "what's convenient or what sounds good" One of my fast break goals is packing my lunch. I do much better when I pack lunch & a snack for work. I'm struggling with exercise consistency. I read somewhere on SP to sleep in my workout wear. I'll let you know how that goes.
