Back to tracking the diet again. I've got to be doing something incorrectly because even though Lauren (my trainer) is helping me by royally kicking my asstabula a couple times a week and I'm eating fairly clean with one cheat day in there...I'm still not down any weight!!!! My waist has only gone done an inch, my arms have gone down 2 in total (yeah!) my thighs have actually gotten 1/2 in bigger (but there's a crap ton more muscle there now!) and my hips have only gone down an inch. On the plus side i have lost 3 inches in my chest which makes me extremely extactic since i'm a 44ddd and they make my back hurt. I know nobody is really going to read this but it feels good to get it off my chest, be done with it, and move to the next level.
My goals for my next 6 week weigh-in/measurements are as follows:
I want to be in a size 16 jean (already in an 18 from old navy)
i want to not get winded carrying my 30 lb 3 year old up the stair because she's afraid monsters are gunna get her lol
i want to drop between 10-15 lbs.
I can do it, i can do it, i can do it, i can do it, i can do it.
Maybe if i write it enough i really will start to beleive it, because if i don't then i'm not going to be able to help myself.
