Searching for Discipline

I am searching for that inner strength that will make me want to exercise each and every day. Whether it is walking, using a DVD, doing sit-ups or whatever, I need that desire to do it no matter how I feel. No matter how my day was at work, or what else is going on in my life, I need that push to succeed. I know I can't reach my goal without exercise, I know I have to eat properly, drink my water, why can't I just find that "spark" that will set me on the path to a healthier lifestyle?

    It depends on your style of motivation. What motivates me is the fact that I have worked in a nursing home and with home care patients. Seeing them unable to do ordinary things for themselves encourages me to "move it before I lose it." That is the first thing to think about in exercise is that if you do keep on using your body parts, eventually you get to where you can't use them.
