LET'S LOOK AT THE POSITIVE SIDE!

Hello friends and fellow supporters,
I weighed myself on Monday and I didn't lose a pound. I felt very defeated, and depressed. Instead of putting a spin on things and thinking positive, I focused on the negative. Well today is now Thursday and I have been thinking on the positive things for the week. I might not of lost a pound, but I am glad I didn't gain any either! All I know is I feel good, I am eating healthy, I am drinking lots of water, and I feel a big difference in my body since I have made healthy lifestyle changes. So you don't always have to go by the scale.=-) Only you know your body.
