Day 5 and 6

Yesterday was good, got 30min on the elliptical and couldn't handle it anymore, so I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes and ran for 5. It felt so good to run, even just a little bit, and my achilles didn't act up. Yea! I will take it slow, as much as I want to go for a nice long run, I will refrain. Calories were good until the late night munchies attacked, oh well, today is a new day...and...
Today has been great. Finally got the courage up to go to a Kabox class taught by my son's Sensei. I was terrified I wouldn't be able to keep up. I ended up having a great time and kept up! I will definitely be going back, and my son is quite proud as well :)
Calories are good so far, just need to avoid the night time bored eating! I can do that, just keep telling myself that I can do it....on to day 7...good night
Forgot to add tomorrow's plan: eat clean as much as possible, yoga...tomorrow starts my work week, so exercise time will go down, but I'm trying really hard to do something everyday. Just a little something.
