I am on my third weight loss journey. I have yet to make it stick. This time is different, I am highly motivated and I am seeing the results I want.
I actually started at 190 pounds in May 2010. I have lost 16 pounds attending Weight Watchers at Work with some of my co-workers.
There are still things I want to change, such as my attitude towards dessert and snacking. I have a horrible sweet tooth, but I have learned it is manageable. Halleujah!

I am pumped!!! I set small weekly goals....next week's goal lose 3.6 pounds.

    Even though this is your third journey you have not stopped trying. I have also lost and gained weight many times over the years, but I have never just accepted that I had to be overweight. This time around I'm not looking for a quick fix. Learning new habits is vital-like kicking the sweet tooth habit. I can identify. If I didn't have it, like you I wouldn't have a problem. We can both do this! Congrats on the weight loss so far and keeping plowing ahead.
