I am on my third weight loss journey. I have yet to make it stick. This time is different, I am highly motivated and I am seeing the results I want.
I actually started at 190 pounds in May 2010. I have lost 16 pounds attending Weight Watchers at Work with some of my co-workers.
There are still things I want to change, such as my attitude towards dessert and snacking. I have a horrible sweet tooth, but I have learned it is manageable. Halleujah!
I am pumped!!! I set small weekly goals....next week's goal lose 3.6 pounds.
