I too am going through external pressures and I reward myself with food. At least that's been my pattern for the last 6 months and because of that, I've gained 20 lbs. I've been on Sparkpeople.com for a week and I've lost 3 of that 20 so I hope I'm on my way back down, weightwise.
Just try to take care of yourself. For me that means getting enough sleep, eating as healthy as possible and using whatever tools I have - recording my food even when I'm not making good choices and trying to exercise. When I don't want to exercise I try to tell myself - just do it for 5 minutes. Then, once I get started I usually want to finish my whole workout.
