September Goals

exercise at least 10 minutes daily emoticon
eat at least 5 fruit and veggies daily emoticon emoticon
loose 10 pounds by 10/10/10 emoticon
stay with in calorie range
and have fun - and keep on sparking emoticon
Also going to switch up my exercise routine and add in some strength training emoticon
