Kind of bummed

So I started Couch to 5K in August last year, finished in October was doing fantastic into December, then pulled a muscle late December. I kept running a little, but walked alot too. January came, I could run again but got a full time job outside of the house. I had to run at night (not a morning person), so instead of an hour a day running it was 20-30 minutes. I could still run 30 minutes straight but it wasn't as easy. Now I am trying to go to bed earlier, get up earlier and run in the morning. I just feel old though. I can't run as well, have to buld back up I guess. I want to get back to my hour of running, so I will gradually increase time again. i guess I am jealous of reading others who are running 10 ks & 1/2 marathons, I want to do that! (Darn job.) Oh well, off to bed so I can get up in the morning.

    I hope that you heal soon so that you can go back to doing an amazing job. I have had 5 knee surgeries. The best recovery that I have had is using pilates to re-strengthen the area. I am not sure about your particular injury, but it may help.
