Ok, so, I've been doing a lot of thinking for September. I think I have some good goals. Now, I just wish I could find something to train for (like so many of my SP friends). First, let's go over my August goals:
Exercise 6-7 times a week. Oh yeah, haven't taken a day off in awhile.
Be below 120: uh, nope, didn't get there. Not even close.
Be conscious of eating & track: well, I was kind of good with this, but didn't always track.
Try a healthy recipe once a week: yeah, failed!
Okay, on to September:
What are my fitness goals? To get lean and trim
What is my weight goal? Lose 5 lbs & try to be under 120!
What are my rewards? Well, ok, haven't figured that one out yet.
What are my fitness plans? Continue my exercise routine (unless I find something to train for & need to readjust it). Do cardio everyday for at least 30 mins, if not more. Strength train 2 times a week. Box one time a week. Spin at least 2-3 times a week. Body sculpt once a week (love that class!). Now, some things might have to change once I get Rachel's soccer schedule for Saturdays.
What's my diet going to be like? I need to track my food regularly & eat clean (as much as possible).
What are you going to do if you go off track? Get back on it at the next meal, or at least the next day.
Any other goals? I would like to start bike riding again. Maybe I can get DH to help me get back or, enlist my friend to help me. She lives around the corner & bikes a lot. I would also like to find something to train for. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm listening. I still would like to try to find one new recipe to make a week. Any one have any good ones for me to try? Send them my way!!
