New workout benefits

Just got back from the gym and do I feel pumped!! Began a new strength training workout and added an Interval Workout for the stationary bike! Spent a total of 127 minutes working out at the gym! My reward to myself was spending time in the pool just relaxing and then hitting the hot tub!

I can't believe how clear my mind is right now. I feel totally relaxed as well. It is always amazing to me what a good workout can do for the mind and body. Problems become less stressful and sometimes they even get solved. Your body gets rid of the tension it felt and and toned at the same time.

For the past several days I have been stressed. I continued my workouts, but without my usual enthusiasm. What was going on in my life was affecting my fitness goals. I needed to step back and re-evaluate my workouts and set temporarily my problems to regroup. Glad that I did. I am now back on track and raring to go!! emoticon
