Otay.... first, lets look back at August, shall we?
Here were my goals
Lose 8 lbs- Actually lost 6 lbs. Not bad considering this was my birthday month :)
1000 Fitness Minutes- Actual: 1096 Minutes!! Woop
Workout 6 out of 7 days a week- Actual: worked out 4-5 days out of the week
Journal 6 out of 7 days- Actual: um... I don't feel like checking, but I did blog at least half the time this month!
Food, Track everyday & stay under 2000 calories- Actual: Did track everyday, Most days under 2000, but like I said.. it was my birthday month!
Water, 7 glasses a day- Actual: Pretty close, definitely got more water than I used to
Personal, work on self love- Actual: I don't know about the whole month, but I am lovin myself A LOT lately. I love how strong I feel, I love the compliments, I love that when I look at myself.. I see how great I'm doing. Not just by how I look... but by how I feel!! I've never felt so positive before!!!
As for Septembers goals:
Track food, of course.
Hoping for 10lb loss this week ( a girl can strive for something BIG!!!)
Fitness minutes: lets try for 1200!
Workout: only have 4 rest days total for the month
Water: 8 glasses a day
Keep up the good attitude
And the biggest one... be a great Team Leader for the MISSION: SLIMPOSSIBLE team in the BLC!!! We ROCK!!!
