Okay, so I'm getting a little down on myself today. For the second day in a row, I've gone over my calorie range. Not by much, but still over. And I haven't exercised in 3 days, minus a 10 minute walk that I took with a co-worker this afternoon.

I've decided not to beat myself up over this. Tomorrow is new day, and my goal will be to stay within my calorie range and go to the gym after work. I know I can do it.

    It can happen! You can do it!

    We all hit a slump where one thing or another just doesn't get accomplished. And we all find a way to snap out of it! You've recognized the slump factors, so you're well on the way to finding the way out!!
