There's somethig to be said about Routine..

I need my routine back NOW!!!!! Here we are at the end of the summer and all is good with my weight loss still. I've been loosing consistently . 2 lbs a week on the average. and I've been thrilled. 92lbs off since my March 9th Realizeband Surgery... I really can't ask for anything else really... .

Routine# 1 : I want the painting to be done so i can have my night time routine back. We've been painting our upstairs for months now and recently just did our bedroom. We've been sleeping in the spare room and I want my bed back. I have been getting to bed way too late because my nighttime routine is off.

Routine # 2: I want my craft room back. ( that's the spare room we've been sleeping in) My routine of stamping is not so good. II haven't stamped comfortably in for a while. My sanity needs it and i miss it too. emoticon

Routine # 3 I want to have my exercise be more. I've gotten in exercising but it's all over the place and seems like such a chore. It's been hot mostly and the breathing air was stinky and i was trying to do so much that i didn't do as much exercising this summer as i wanted.


Routine # 4: I'm so looking forward for school to start again. I will then at least have the daily routine back and everything will fall back into a good place from there . Less scattered for me.. I was diagnosed with adult ADD last December and i know this is the reason Routine plays such an importance for me.

How r u all with routine? I would love to hear how u got through and dealt with things.

    Hi Terry! I love routine...and I have a bit of ADD myself. So glad to hear that you have been doing well with your loss...you look AMAZING! I have consistenly lost about 2 pounds a week also...for a total loss of about 90 pounds since last September...I can't complain - life is GOOD!!! I am also looking forward to the cooler weather so I can get out and start training for a 5K walk/run...its my next goal!
