My aunt and uncle let me move in with them this summer, and didnt want me to pay rent. They only asked that I pay a portion of groceries every week.
So this is my last week and I need help thinking of gift ideas for them.
I am going to write them a nice note in a thank you card.
They are both easy going simple people, and they just had a wedding so things for the house are pretty much unneccsary.
So that leaves me clueless lol!
He is a huge sports fan and they have a dog.
Any ideas?

So I ended up getting them a $50 gift certificate for a fancy restaurant in town, a movie my aunt really wanted (Alice in Wonderland *the classic version*), some M&Ms (movie food), 2 big bones for their big doggy and a yummy vanilla candle. I wrote them a really sweet card thanking them for everything and saying how i was going to miss them. They truly appreciated it! :)
    Yay :)

I would say a gift certificate to their favorite local restaraunt--for a date night! I bet they would appreciate that...or food? People always need more food...like fancy chocolate or pasta? Something fun for their kitchen?

You just spent the summer there with them. What do they like to do? Do they have a favorite restaurant? Do they have a sports team that you could buy them tickets to a game? Do they have a favorite store? Obviously I am thinking gift card. Good luck.

Get them a Roomba -- they are phenomenal.. My hubby and I have one -- and it does a wonderful job of vacuuming the house for me.. They have Roombas that sweep and mop, they have ones that are designed to work in "shop" areas, as well as Roomba's that are designed to handle pet hair.
