Bringing focus to my goals and some projects has been GREAT. I needed a jumpstart to get DOing again, propelling myself into a lively full-time schedule in September.

Managing my time and including daily exercise & a variety of healthy foods is KEY to living my best life. Focus, Focus, Focus

Aug 29 Goals
Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon
Go for a run on the river emoticon
Make a cauliflower soup emoticon
Make a fruit/0% yogurt smoothie emoticon
Make a big tomato/cucumber salad emoticon
Celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary sans alcohol emoticon
Write a letter to my sister
Write a letter to a friend of the family
Deal with 3 large piles in the music studio
Make & deliver photocopied lesson plans for a friend emoticon
