I hate to track what I eat. I just really strain against this discipline. I don't mind eating healthy but recording every bite just makes me mad. I don't think I should have to do it. I want to maintain my weight by listening to my body and monitoring my hunger and making good choices. I wonder if this is possible? Maybe. But I know I can eat compulsively too.
For some reason recording my exercise does not bother me. I have a heart rate monitor and I love meeting my goal and getting a trophy at the end of the week. It's like a little personal trainer and I have gotten to where I like to exercise.
