Well, its the end of the month. Not a very successful month as far as health and weight loss, but it was successful in that I was able to get back on track. I am now tracking my food and exercise once again, which really helps. I still struggle with getting in enough exercise to really lose weight, but at least i won't be gaining it if I am careful about what I eat. I am also trying to drink more water, but this is hard since I am only allowed to have a drink on my break at work. This means I go 7-8 hours a day without any water. I have figured out what scale I am going to use...the digital one, even though it says I weigh more :(. I weighed myself with both in one day when I was able to go home, and it turns out that they were only 3 pounds apart. So I added 3 pounds to my start weight and am going from there. The bad news is that I actually put on 9 pounds since I weighed myself last (maybe 2 months ago?) and erased a lot of that hard work from before. I am upset with myself about that, because I thought I had at least been maintaining it, but at the same time, it gives me new motivation to lose it and even more this time.
