Back to the real world

It's day 3 back to work and I logged my calories every day - and stayed within the recommended range so far. 1300+ on Tues (right in the middle) and then just shy of 1100 yesterday - not quite as many calories as I should have had.

Today is the first day back to exercising. I will walk for about half an hour at lunch and then after work I will get in a little more - hopefully strength training since I can do that in front of the TV and the kids don't interfere. :)

I did my "check-up" this morning and everything looked pretty good ---- other than the lack of exercise, of course. But, I forgot to weigh in this morning so I made up a number for that ---- I'll weigh in next time. :)
