30 Day Shred - Day 17

As I struggled through Level 2, I wondered how bad would it be if I returned to Level 1? This level is hard!

I really hate planks. The easier cardio move is the jumping jacks. Remember when I struggled with this? I must admit I do like the skater jump (I do it low impact).

I'm not getting as many reps in on some moves since I need to watch the video more to see how to properly do the exercise.

But, I'm not giving up! I will get better.

Of course, I'm always happy when the torture ends but since I still had some energy I decided to check in on my old friend Gilad (FitTV). I worked out with him for 20 minutes, then called it a night.

I feel good. It was a good day. I started with a walk with my friend (an older lady who recently had the gastric bypass surgery). We walked the shorter route in the Nature Center but I was really proud she did it. This was the longest distance she has walked in along time. She even did the hill. We saw some ducks, turtles and checked out the museum. I overslept so we missed the ladies from the Long Beach Sparkers team but ran into them on the trail. Miss you ladies and will catch up another time.

Treated my friend to a movie (Eat Pray Love). We had good day and really enjoyed the movie.
