A busy weekend!!

It has been a busy weekend! Between volunteering at 2 Kiwanis events on Friday and Saturday, I also started looking into running an "Angel Food Ministries" chapter in my home town. There is a definite need and I have done something similar in the past.

On top of all that, I still managed to get my workouts in. Cardio only, but every bit helps. Friday night I walked for 90 minutes and 60 minutes on Saturday. Tonight will also be just cardio, but I will throw in some incline bike and water jogging. Maybe a few laps as well. I will have to see how things go.

Started going to the gym earlier a little at a time and it seems to be working. Didn't do so well Wednesday evening though! Didn't get out until 9:45 PM! The work out was great though! Baby steps will be me there soon enough.

I have lost 14.6 pounds since becoming serious about exercise and nutrition. Although I had hoped to get above the 15 pound mark, .4 of a pound isn't that much.
